About the Facilitator

Seanín Hughes is a writer and editor from Northern Ireland and a professional member of the Irish Writers Centre. She has published two short collections of poetry since 2019, including She, Shapeshifter (Broken Sleep Books, 2022) and is currently supported by Arts Council NI for her debut short story collection, Beast Pastiche. Seanín’s work focuses largely on the lived experience of women and femmes from a mental health angle and, as a late-identified woman with AuDHD, she draws particular attention to neurodivergence and neurodiversity.
